Reviewing AlpineIQ Integration Readiness

A connected marketing account can still contain incomplete data or unclear responsibilities. An integration-readiness review asks whether the existing setup supports the agreed agency work. It is not a promise that the agency will build every missing connection.

Inventory the existing connections

List each source system, its owner and the reason it connects to the marketing account. Confirm which connection is active rather than relying on an implementation plan or a vendor logo. Record the fields and events the planned work actually requires.

Check records at the handoff points

Use authorized test records to inspect identifiers, update timing and missing values. Verify how corrections and suppression changes move between systems. Avoid exporting a live customer list simply to illustrate a problem when a minimal test record can show it.

Set ownership for exceptions

Decide who investigates duplicates, missing events and permission discrepancies. An agency may identify a problem without having authority or technical scope to repair the underlying integration. Document the escalation path and pause dependent work where necessary.

Agree reporting definitions

Record which system is authoritative for each measure and how time windows are applied. Numbers from different dashboards may describe different events. Reconcile definitions before presenting differences as errors or claiming that one channel caused a business result.
