Strategy and Creative
A clear plan and creative
that feels like your brand
Good marketing gives the right customer a reason to pay attention. Hiigher helps dispensaries choose campaign priorities, shape useful messages and develop copy and design that feel like the brand.
We connect planning with production so the calendar reflects your team’s priorities and capacity. The result is a useful brief, a clear review process and creative your team can evaluate without reconstructing the original request.
For teams with ideas but too many loose ends
A category introduction, a loyalty invitation and a welcome email each need a different creative angle. We connect the audience, message and next step so the calendar serves a customer journey rather than becoming a list of unrelated announcements.
We help clarify the purpose, identify missing inputs and prepare work in a consistent voice. Strategy stays connected to the channels and services in your engagement rather than becoming a broad plan with no production owner.
What strategy and creative can cover
- Program priorities: a focused plan for goals such as list growth, first-to-second purchase follow-up, loyalty participation or customer reactivation.
- Campaign briefs: the purpose, approved facts, audience reference, channel and reviewer for each assignment.
- Editorial planning: a calendar with realistic inputs, review steps and dependencies.
- Brand voice: practical direction for copy so messages sound like one business.
- Creative development: copy, branded email layouts and related assets within the agreed scope.
- Review coordination: consolidated feedback, version clarity and a record of the approved work.
A plan your team can use
We begin with your current assets, recent work and business priorities. Together, we identify what is ready, what needs a decision and who will supply any missing information.
From there, we develop the brief and creative, giving reviewers the context they need. We keep factual corrections separate from voice and layout feedback where practical, so the team can resolve the right question without reopening every decision.
Once the work is approved, it moves into the agreed email, SMS or lifecycle workflow. Reporting and team feedback help inform the next round of planning.
Define the creative workload
Your proposal sets the deliverables, template approach, revision rounds and review responsibilities. Substantially different concepts, additional versions or a changed brief may require new scope rather than being treated as a minor revision.
Published AIQ packages include specific campaign-production allowances. Photography, video, paid media, broader social management, website development and other work are not automatically included. Native-platform engagements receive their own scope.
Strategy and creative questions
Can you use our existing brand guidelines?
Yes. We begin with approved guidelines and examples, then clarify any gaps that affect the work. A full rebrand is a separate project.
Who supplies business facts and source material?
Your team supplies accurate information and assets it is authorized to use. We identify missing inputs and prepare the creative for review rather than inventing facts to fill a gap.
How do revisions work?
We agree the review rounds and approvers in advance. Consolidated feedback helps us make a clear revision, while a materially new direction may need an updated brief and scope.
Give the next idea a workable plan
Tell us where the process gets stuck. We will help define the planning and creative support your team needs.
