Managed Dutchie marketing

Dutchie marketing management, with
a team behind it.

Hiigher helps dispensary teams manage the marketing work inside Dutchie, from planning and creative to approved campaign scheduling and performance review. We start with the products and features your account actually uses, then agree on a clear scope for day-to-day support.

More support for the tools you already have.

You may have an established program that needs a consistent owner, an internal team that needs production support, or several locations that need a clearer working process. We help organize the work without assuming you need another platform.

Dutchie POS, Dutchie Ecommerce and Loyalty & Marketing Pro have different roles. We identify the marketing tools and data available for the agreed campaign work. POS, inventory and ecommerce operations remain with your team and technology providers.

What your engagement can include.

  • Campaign planning: a practical calendar built around your priorities, available content and review capacity.
  • Copy and creative: email content, branded design and other agreed channel assets prepared for your review.
  • Campaign management: audience checks, proofs, testing and scheduling after the designated approver signs off.
  • Loyalty communication: clear explanations of approved program details, with the right location information and effective dates.
  • Ongoing marketing support: agreed campaign workflow maintenance, message checks and performance reviews using the data available in your account.

Enabled channels, workflow capabilities and reporting vary by account and subscription. We confirm those details before including them in the proposal.

A clear process from plan to review.

  1. Review the account. Establish current activity, access, available data and open questions.
  2. Define the work. Agree on deliverables, locations, approval roles and what remains with your team or technology provider.
  3. Prepare and manage. Develop the creative, complete the agreed checks and schedule approved work.
  4. Review and refine. Discuss what the reporting supports, what remains uncertain and the next useful change.

Native Dutchie work and connected AIQ work stay distinct.

If your business uses AIQ alongside Dutchie, we identify which work happens in each system. A working connection does not mean every field, event or loyalty function behaves the same way in both. Our integration-readiness guide explains the questions worth resolving before work depends on that connection.

For an AIQ-led engagement, see managed AIQ support. Native Dutchie work receives its own scope; the published AIQ package prices do not automatically apply.

Questions before we begin.

Do we need to move away from Dutchie?

No. This service is designed around your existing Dutchie setup. A platform change is a separate business decision, not a prerequisite for a management conversation.

Are software and messaging costs included?

No. Dutchie subscriptions, usage charges and third-party costs are separate from Hiigher’s management fee. We make that distinction clear in the proposal.

Will you build integrations or migrate our account?

Those projects are not assumed to be part of recurring management. We identify any technical dependencies and agree on responsibility and separate scope before work begins.

Who approves the work?

Your designated approver retains control of business facts, program terms and release decisions. Marketing management does not replace specialist legal review or guarantee delivery or revenue.
