Who is Hiigher?

Hiigher is Rose & Gold’s cannabis marketing division. We manage strategy, creative, campaigns and customer retention for dispensaries using supported marketing tools. We also support cannabis brands using AIQ. Our team’s official AIQ Preferred Partner profile is listed under Rose & Gold.

Which marketing platforms do you support?

We support marketing work in AIQ and supported tools within Dutchie, Treez, Flowhub and Jane. Features and channels depend on your account, so we confirm the fit before agreeing on the work. The published AIQ packages require an existing AIQ account; other platform marketing receives a custom scope.

What services do you manage?

Marketing strategy, list growth, segmentation, creative, email, SMS, supported push, loyalty and lifecycle journeys. We prepare campaigns, schedule after approval and review available results. Work depends on your platform and agreed scope; it does not include running your POS, inventory or ecommerce operations.

What is an AIQ campaign pair?

One campaign pair is one email and one coordinated SMS version, with one consolidated revision round.

What is included in a simple AIQ flow?

A simple automated flow contains up to three messages. Included flows are built at setup and managed thereafter, within the agreed scope.

What are the AIQ package options?

Rise: $500/month, up to 2 campaign pairs and 2 flows. Ascent: $1,000/month, up to 4 pairs and 3 flows. Both cover one retail location or one brand audience program. Summit: $1,500/month, up to 8 pairs pooled across two same-brand retail locations and 4 flows, or a more active brand program. Every plan covers one brand and one AIQ account. These AIQ package prices remain subject to the agreed scope.

Are AIQ subscription and messaging costs included?

No. AIQ subscriptions, sending usage, carrier charges and third-party tools are separate. Additional accounts, locations, custom integrations and work beyond the agreed scope require a separate quote.

Do we approve campaigns before they are sent?

Yes. You confirm business requirements, offers, inventory and product details, and approve the work before it is scheduled.

Does Hiigher guarantee results?

No specific performance result is promised. Reporting covers engagement and conversions where tracking supports them, with recommendations for useful next tests.
