Jane and iHeartJane marketing support
Jane ecommerce marketing,
kept clear and connected.
Hiigher helps recreational and medical cannabis dispensary teams coordinate marketing content and creative around Jane Ecommerce. We use the supported marketing tools in your account; POS, inventory, order management and ecommerce operations remain with your team and technology providers.
A consistent experience needs consistent management.
Your brand assets, location information and approved communications should agree across the places your business appears. That work can become fragmented when a store team, agency, website provider and platform each own a different piece.
We help give the agreed marketing work a clear owner. This service fits teams that already use Jane and want practical support with marketing content, creative updates and review coordination.
Define the Jane work that matters to your business.
- Content coordination: plan approved updates and identify the people responsible for source information and review.
- Brand assets and creative: prepare and maintain agreed content within the controls available in your Jane plan.
- Marketing content checks: review approved creative, campaign messaging and linked destinations associated with the agreed work.
- Loyalty communication: explain approved program information while keeping Jane and connected CRM responsibilities distinct.
- Marketing and reporting review: maintain the agreed content and discuss the marketing evidence available from your setup.
We do not assume every Jane plan offers the same controls. The proposal identifies the products, locations, surfaces and tasks included.
Jane Ecommerce, Jane POS and your CRM have different jobs.
Jane is also commonly searched as iHeartJane or I Heart Jane. Within your business, the important distinction is which Jane products are in use and where the marketing work takes place.
A Jane Ecommerce connection does not establish a Jane POS connection. Jane Gold and a CRM-connected loyalty program also have separate roles. We make those differences explicit so your team knows which system and person own each task.
If email or SMS work runs in AIQ, we describe it as managed AIQ work, not as a native Jane email or SMS suite. The integration-readiness guide is a useful starting point for reviewing those dependencies.
From account review to an agreed working rhythm.
- Map the setup. Confirm your Jane products, locations, access and connected systems.
- Set responsibilities. Define the marketing content, creative updates and review decisions each party owns.
- Prepare and check. Develop the agreed creative and complete the relevant checks for approval.
- Maintain and review. Keep the work current, examine available reporting and raise unresolved questions with the right owner.
Questions before we begin.
Is this Jane website development?
Not automatically. This service covers agreed marketing content and creative. Website development, technical SEO implementation or a custom storefront is outside this marketing scope.
Can you manage our connected email program too?
We can discuss it as a separate, named part of the engagement. We confirm the platform, channels, available data and responsibilities rather than assuming all connected work is included.
Are paid placements or Jane Gold costs included?
No budget or third-party cost is assumed. Any paid activity, platform charge or additional program work must be explicitly agreed before it is included.
Does a published AIQ package cover this work?
Not automatically. Native Jane work receives a custom scope based on your actual setup. Migrations, custom integrations and technical repairs are separate projects.
Make the handoffs easier to manage.
Show us which Jane tools you use and where marketing content or campaign coordination gets stuck. We’ll help define useful marketing support with clear approvals and realistic boundaries.
