Reporting and Optimization

Marketing reporting your
team can use

A report should help your team make a decision. Hiigher brings together the available evidence from your managed marketing program, explains what the numbers mean and identifies the questions worth pursuing next.

We look at the work delivered as well as the results the account can measure. Missing data, changing definitions and differences between systems stay visible, so a confident-looking dashboard does not hide an important limitation.

For teams that need context, not another export

Which signup sources bring engaged subscribers? Do customer groups respond differently? Are first-time customers returning, and are loyalty messages helping people understand the program? We use the available evidence to explore questions like these and decide what to test next.

We begin with the questions your team needs answered and the data actually available. We do not promise a reporting view that the account, integrations or permissions cannot support.

What the reporting work covers

  • Program activity: the agreed work completed, held, changed or awaiting a decision.
  • Metric definitions: the events, time windows and source systems behind the report.
  • Campaign review: available delivery and engagement measures, interpreted in context.
  • Lifecycle review: available flow activity, repeat-purchase patterns and customer-stage differences, with data gaps and attribution limits kept clear.
  • Data limitations: incomplete feeds, uncertain matches or other gaps that affect interpretation.
  • Next decisions: a prioritized set of checks or changes with clear owners.

From numbers to the next useful action

At the start of an engagement, we agree the reporting questions, sources and cadence. We then review the available records, compare like-for-like periods where possible and explain meaningful changes without overstating certainty.

If two dashboards disagree, we first examine definitions, timing and source coverage. If a test is part of the scope, we document what changed and what could affect the comparison. Recommendations become an agreed next step rather than an automatic permission to edit a live campaign or flow.

Keep attribution in perspective

Attributed revenue describes how a reporting system assigns credit. It does not, on its own, establish the additional revenue caused by a program. We keep that distinction clear and avoid turning incomplete evidence into a guaranteed return.

The AIQ packages specify their results-summary and review allowances. Other platforms and more complex reporting needs are scoped separately. Custom dashboards, new data connections, integration repairs and extensive historical reconciliation are not assumed to be included.

Reporting questions

Can you combine results across locations?

Where the available data and agreed scope support it. We confirm location definitions and source coverage before presenting a combined view.

Will you guarantee revenue improvement?

No. We can provide careful analysis and recommend changes, but business results depend on many factors. The report should explain the evidence rather than promise an outcome.

What happens when data is missing?

We identify the gap, explain which conclusions it affects and route the issue to the responsible owner. We do not silently replace missing evidence with an estimate presented as fact.

Make your next review more useful

Bring the reports you use and the questions they leave unanswered. We will help define a reporting approach that supports the decisions your team actually needs to make.
